30-Day Return Policy

At 1 Medical Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • A return authorization (RA) number is required before shipping any return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Incontinence supplies (briefs, pads, wipes)
  • Mattresses and mattress covers
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Custom or special-order items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at 954-909-7526 or email info@1medicalsupply.net
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your return authorization (RA) number
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging with the RA number clearly marked

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
