Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your destination. Rates vary by product because larger equipment (medical beds, patient lifts, lift chairs) typically requires freight delivery, while smaller items ship via standard carriers.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
- Freight / Large Items: Medical beds, patient lifts, and other large equipment may require freight shipping. Delivery times for freight shipments are typically 7-14 business days and will be confirmed at the time of order.
Shipping Locations
We ship to all 50 US states. Some oversized or hazardous items may have shipping restrictions to certain areas. Contact us if you have questions about shipping to your location.
